Phil Carter has served as Assistant Pastor of New Covenant Fellowship since 1986.
I grew up in a pastor's family and started attending NCF when I was a student at Judson college.
After college I married my wife, Cathy, in 1979 and now have three children--a daughter and two sons..
While attending Northern Baptist Theological Seminary I was invited to join the church staff full-time.
Besides serving NCF, I am also involved in the Elgin Pastors' Prayer Group and do some substitute teaching in the public schools.
Our whole family is very involved in music and worship, and my wife and I have been involved in local and statewide leadership with March for Jesus / Jesus Day over the past several years.
