  • I grew up in a pastor's family and started attending NCF when I was a student at Judson college.
  • After college I married my wife, Cathy, in 1979 and now have three children--a daughter and two sons..
  • While attending Northern Baptist Theological Seminary I was invited to join the church staff full-time.
  • Besides serving NCF, I am also involved in the Elgin Pastors' Prayer Group and do some substitute teaching in the public schools.
  • Our whole family is very involved in music and worship, and my wife and I have been involved in local and statewide leadership with March for Jesus / Jesus Day over the past several years.
  • Other interests include reading and computers.
